1940s hotle cigarette tray and stand

1940s cigarettes tray and stand, light weight in fair condition needs some cleaning missing the cap in the button of one curved piece as seen in pic, measuring 25” h and 16 w really unique piece. And fully functional, would suggest putting in sand or water to bottom of then holder. Top is not removable
